چکیده
The purpose of this study was to determine the G>C mutation on exon 9 (G21234C) Bovine Smoothened (SMO) gene polymorphism by using Cfr13I restriction enzyme with PCR-RFLP method in both Anatolian Black cattle and Water Buffaloes. According SMO gene, results showed that there were three genotypes such as GG, GC CC cattle, but only one genotype GG Allele frequencies estimated 0.35 0.65 for G C alleles 0.22, 026 0.52 genotypes, respectively. Chi-square test population not Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium respect G21234C substitution (PC is polymorphic it can be concluded a potential candidate gene. However, statement cannot expressed buffaloes since monomorphic buffaloes.

Ovarian Follicle Population and Follicle Size in Anatolian Water Buffaloes
Buffaloes are well known domestic animals in Asia, Mediterranean and Latin American countries of the world for different breeding purposes such as milk, meat, draught and capital [23]. The buffalo has been regarded as poor reproductive efficiency and characterized by low conception rates [6, 22, 23]. Seasonality of buffalo breeding results in a milk supply that exceeds demand in summer and autu...

The Position of Anatolian 6.1 History of the Question 6.1.1 Discovery and Recognition Hrozný (1917) showed that the chief administrative language of the Hittite Empire, attested in cuneiform documents from Hattusha in central Turkey dating from the 16th-13th centuries BCE, was Indo-European. Through the work of a number of scholars it was known by the 1930s that Hittite was not alone in ancient...

Three hundred rectal faecal samples and 213 raw milk samples obtained from the tanks and containers were examined using standard cultural methods. Escherichia coli O157:H7 was isolated from 11 (3.7%) of 300 faecal samples and 3 (1.4%) of 213 raw milk samples. It was determined that 8 (73%) of E. coli O157:H7 strains isolated from faecal samples originated from water buffaloes younger than 2 yea...
متن کاملCrustal structure of the North Anatolian and East Anatolian Fault Systems from magnetotelluric data
Magnetotelluric (MT) studies can map subsurface resistivity structure and have located zones of low resistivity (high conductivity) within major strike-slip fault zones worldwide which have been interpreted as regions of elevated fluid content. This study describes MT data from the eastern part of the North Anatolian and the East Anatolian Fault Systems (NAFS and EAFS) and presents the results ...
متن کاملGenitive Case and Possessive Adjective in Anatolian
One of the most famous features of the Anatolian Indo-European languages is the widespread use of an inflected adjective (that agrees with its head noun in gender, number and case) in place of the genitive case. In some languages use of this adjective leads to total or near total loss of the genitive. Less well-known is the variety of exponents of the genitive case itself in Anatolian. The foll...
